Booking

How do I book a repair?

Use our online booking form or the FixMyTool Android app. Select category, machine, describe the issue, upload photos, and enter your pincode and phone number.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve pan-India via courier pickup. Enter your pincode during booking — if serviceable, you can proceed. Coverage is expanding continuously.

Is there an inspection fee?

Yes, a nominal inspection / booking fee may apply as shown at checkout. It covers logistics coordination and initial assessment.

Shipping

How do I send my machine?

After booking, we arrange courier pickup. See our detailed How to Ship guide for packaging instructions.

How long does shipping take?

Pickup is usually within 2–5 business days of confirmation. Transit time depends on your location — typically 3–7 days each way.

Repair process

How long does repair take?

Most repairs complete within 5–15 business days after we receive your machine, depending on parts availability and complexity.

Will I get an estimate before repair?

Yes. After diagnosis we send an estimate via WhatsApp/app. Work starts only after your approval.

What if my machine cannot be repaired?

We inform you with diagnosis notes. The machine can be returned. Inspection and return shipping charges may apply — see Refund Policy.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay — all in Indian Rupees (₹).

When do I pay the final amount?

After repair and testing, before we dispatch your machine back to you.

Technicians

How do I join as a technician?

Register at Technician Registration. Approved technicians with valid GST get priority fast-track review.
