How to Ship

FixMyTool uses trusted courier partners (including Delhivery) for nationwide pickup and return. Follow this guide to ship your machine safely.

Step 1 — Book your repair

Complete your booking on fixmytool.in/book-service or the FixMyTool app. Upload clear photos and a short video of the issue. You will receive a booking reference (e.g. #FMT000123) on WhatsApp.

Step 2 — Wait for pickup confirmation

Our team confirms serviceability for your pincode and schedules courier pickup. You will receive AWB (tracking) details via WhatsApp once the pickup is booked.

Step 3 — Pack securely

  • Use the original box if available; otherwise a sturdy carton with 5 cm padding on all sides.
  • Wrap moving parts (jars, blades, cords) separately in bubble wrap.
  • Seal with strong tape. Write FixMyTool — [Your Booking ID] on the outside.
  • Remove loose accessories you do not want repaired unless relevant to the issue.
  • Record a video while packing — this helps with transit damage claims.

Step 4 — Handover to courier

  • Keep the AWB slip / digital label ready.
  • Ensure the pickup address matches your booking.
  • Note the executive’s name and handover time.

Step 5 — Track your machine

Track status in My Repairs or WhatsApp updates. Stages: Received → Diagnosing → Estimate → Repair → Testing → Dispatched → Delivered.

Step 6 — Return delivery

After repair and final payment, we ship your machine back to the same address. Inspect on delivery and report damage within 24 hours with unboxing video.
